This Homepack includes five 30m² house plans designed to be used as self-contained sleepouts, cabins, Airbnb's and granny flats. All plans are 30m² with 1x bathroom, 1x bedroom, 1x living, 1x bathroom and 1x kitchen. These dwellings have been designed to have options added or removed so both cost-effective designs and designer versions can be built.
Note: These can be built under New Zealand's building consent exemptions if kitchens and bathrooms are not included in the build, (plumbing requires a permit).
