Get your design right! The design is the core foundation of having a highly satisfying home to live in, a spec home that sells quickly or a showhome that makes a splash.
In the initial layout design, we design specifically for your site. Sun and daylight within the home also play a big role in this initial layout design. You can make changes during this process.
More detail is now added to the plans including, full dimensional floor plans, elevations, roof plans, x-sections, window/door sizes, 3D perspectives and any changes you wish to make.
At this stage you may get estimate costs for the project.
Homepacks provides you with PDF A3 plans and the original drafting files (ArchiCAD & DWG's), for your local draftsman to complete the construction detailing and specifications. (see below).
Final documentation (also known as construction or working drawings and specifications), includes detailed drawings as well as specifications for every feature, such as claddings, ventilation, natural lighting, wall and roof bracing, etc.
Due to growing demand, we now allow you to choose any draftsperson for your construction details & specifications with the ArchiCAD and DWG files we supply.
This means you're getting the best design sorted before you engage your plan in further detailing, something that can be costly to change.
Whether it's a Spec home you want to sell fast, a showhome you want to make a splash with, or a personal home you want to enjoy living in, Homepacks designs for this moment.CHECK OUR AVAILABILITY
